i’m an advanced emt, healthcare worker, educator, and creative generalist from northern nevada. i’m analytical, occasionally stubborn, full of random ideas, and i collect interests quickly. i care deeply about people, animals, and communities. i overthink often, notice little details, and ask odd questions. i’m learning to value sensitivity, curiosity, and uncertainty.
i’ve worked in healthcare since 2019, starting as a cna, then an emt, and now an advanced emt. medicine resonates with me, especially anatomy, physiology, pathophysiology, cardiology, emergency medicine, and problem-solving. i love teaching and sharing knowledge, especially that moment when something confusing finally makes sense. i love helping guide people to a place of understanding and creating useful or meaningful things to help get them there.
my goal is to help people feel safer, more recognized, and less alone.

there are people who quietly become part of the framework of your life. my grandma was one of those people for me.
she was one of my safest places, one of my biggest role models, and someone i admired deeply. she had a way of making people feel cared for that never seemed performative or forced. it was simply who she was.
after she died in march 2024, i realized how many parts of my life still carried her fingerprints. i hear her in the way i explain things when i'm teaching. i see her in the moments where my instinct is to help instead of look away. i find her in my fascination with medicine, in the way i care for people, and in the parts of myself that still believe kindness is worth choosing, even when it's difficult.
i miss her every day. loving her helped shape who i am. losing her helped shape who i'm still becoming.

i explore medicine, science, technology, art, writing, design, 3d printing, aviation, true crime, legal studies, music, storytelling, and anything else that grabs my attention. i love learning how things work, why they fail, and what happens when unrelated ideas collide. this curiosity leads to research, writing, art, websites, guides, designs, systems, and larger projects. most start with a simple question: “what if…?”
i create because my brain rarely rests. i enjoy transforming vague ideas into projects, simplifying complex topics, and making things practical or enjoyable. some projects are useful; some are personal; some exist only because i asked the question.

it represents finding life in wreckage, growing through impact, and remaining soft while transforming chaos into something unexpectedly beautiful. it’s accidental poetry and a flower thriving in an unlikely place.

burning man connects many aspects of my life: medicine, art, logistics, survival, community, and creative problem-solving. my first year, i volunteered in pre/post medical services, the zendo project, and helped out across many areas—including creating educational materials, teaching skills classes, and offering assistance to various departments—from gate to the black rock rangers.
i felt an intense spiritual connection to the black rock desert and found myself deeply fascinated by black rock city—its creation, function, art, and inevitable disappearance. this year, i'm volunteering with sign shop and completing my first alpha shift as a prospective black rock ranger.

this site started as a simple link-sharing page for burning man, but has now evolved into something much bigger. it is a repository of my work, projects, writing, art, burning man creations, professional details, personal life, ongoing experiments, and a view into my soul.
some parts are polished, and others are still in progress. but i hope you enjoy it regardless.

i wish my grandma could have seen the person i'm still becoming. i think she would've liked crash blossom...
